Ivona Tomiek is an award-winning actress, writer, polyglot, translator, producer... All the ways this multi-hyphenate artist can be described as she emerged over the last years as one to watch (critics named her a top 10 talent). Ivona starred in several high-profile Hollywood TV shows and films, alongside A-listers like Eddie Redmayne, Sadie Sink, Murray Bartlett, Regina Hall..., but also in indie films. From Croatia and Slovenia, all the way to London & NYC, Ivona left a mark in international productions like The Last Social Artefact (Series Mania winner), Day of the Jackal, or O'Dessa. Ivona is committed to bringing diverse stories to life and has acted in over 10 languages by now. She was recently also considered for various high-budget projects by several Oscar winners, and projects for Apple TV, Netflix, HBO, Amazon, and CBS... A LAMDA/ Atlantic NY alumna, Ivona speaks 7+ languages fluently. Up next is the release of the new season of FBI International on CBS. Ivona continues to embrace challenging roles that resonate with international audiences. Currently, during the summer of '24, Ivona returned to the theatre (prestigious Atlantic in NY) after several screen roles. During the same time, stars like Sandra Oh and Adam Driver were attached to the plays at the theatre.
